Our product utilizes Symbol Technologie’s hand held scanner on a Palm OS platform. The SPT 1800 is one of the most widely used scanners in the inventory tracking industry and is known for its accuracy and durability. With Apothetrac MDTS, medications are scanned at every delivery location. We can even capture the signature of the person receiving the delivery. As soon as the PDA is synced, the delivery information can be viewed on the desktop application. Reports can be printed after each delivery or deliveries can be queried on screen.

We are not just selling you a scanner, we are giving you a solution to track and locate your missing medications. Our system consists of both the Apothetrac desktop and handheld applications. Included are the Symbol SPT 1800 handheld bar code scanner and a thermal label printer for bar coding your delivery destinations. You can label every point of medication delivery, from medication storage rooms and medication refrigerator shelves on each nursing unit to specific patient medication bins.
